Phoenix Personal Training is excited to announce the launch of mat Pilates classes and one-to-one Pilates sessions, designed to help people move better, build strength safely, and improve confidence in everyday movement.

Pilates is one of the most effective ways to improve posture, balance, and core strength while reducing stiffness and discomfort. These new sessions are particularly suitable for beginners, those returning to exercise, and anyone recovering from injury or managing joint or back pain.

Group mat Pilates classes provide a supportive and welcoming environment where participants can develop strength, mobility, and coordination through controlled, low-impact exercise. Sessions focus on breathing, posture, and functional movement patterns that transfer into daily life.

For those who prefer individual support, private one-to-one Pilates sessions offer fully personalised instruction. Each session begins with an assessment to understand movement history, goals, and any limitations, allowing exercises to be tailored to the individual.

Sessions take place in a gym-studio setting, ensuring a calm, focused environment where participants can progress at their own pace.
